Return & Refund
If the personalisation is laser-engraved directly onto the wooden board, the item cannot be returned or refunded unless it arrives damaged or faulty, as it is permanently customised. However, if the personalisation is made using a metal name plate attached to the board, this does not affect eligibility for return under our standard return policy.
We offer a 30-day return policy for eligible items. Products must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
